- Skins apparel allows for easy return and exchange of the product. The product needs to be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you’ve received them, and in the original packing.
- Please return goods with a copy of the original invoice and mention the reason for returning items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on their own expense to our address.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded.
- In case the item(s) is not as per the order placed, all delivery charges will be borne by skins apparel in return or exchange case.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
- All returns should be sent to PLOT # B-555, SECTOR 35-A ZAMAN TOWN, Korangi-Karachi.
